Imagine a place where children are encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, solve problems, and discover the joy of learning through play.

Wonder 2026 is Sarasota Children’s Museum’s signature community showcase and fundraising event. We’re inviting food trucks, family-focused vendors, and community organizations to join us as we celebrate curiosity, creativity, and the power of learning together.

Event Hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Vendor setup and breakdown windows will be confirmed.

We’re Looking For

• Food Trucks: Bring the flavor to our Food Truck Plaza.
• Family-Focused Vendors: Offer hands-on activities, crafts, or entertainment for children.
• Community and Nonprofit Partners: Share your programs and resources with local families.
• For-Profit Businesses: Showcase family-friendly products and services.

As a Vendor, You’ll Enjoy

• Direct engagement with hundreds of families and community members
• Visibility and promotion through event marketing, social media, and press
• Networking opportunities with local leaders, partners, and fellow vendors
• A positive community impact by supporting a family-focused educational event

Vendor Booth Options

Each vendor receives a 10′ × 10′ booth space. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs unless other arrangements are made in advance.

For-Profit Vendor Booth — $500

For businesses selling or showcasing products and services.

Nonprofit or Community Booth — $250

For nonprofit organizations and community groups.

Food Truck — 15% of Proceeds

Based on the food truck’s event-day proceeds, with a $150 minimum.

Nonprofit organizations may also be able to participate at no charge by contributing in-kind materials or activities in place of the $250 fee. Please ask Lisa Oliver whether this could be a good fit for your organization.

More Ways to Partner

Interested in playing a bigger role? Wonder 2026 offers sponsorship opportunities ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, along with exclusive Create the Experience sponsorships starting at $500.

Opportunities include the Food Truck Plaza Sponsorship for $2,000, which provides naming recognition throughout the entire food truck area. This is separate from hosting an individual food truck booth.
