Bring your business, organization—or a great experience for kids!

Wonder 2026 is Sarasota Children’s Museum’s signature community showcase and fundraising event, bringing children, families, businesses, nonprofits, and community partners together for a day filled with exploration, creativity, connection, and play.

We’re looking for more than traditional vendors. We want partners who will help us create a lively, hands-on experience for families.

Whether you sell a product, provide a family-focused service, serve our community, bring great food, or can create an activity children will love, there may be a place for you at Wonder 2026.

How Can You Be Part of Wonder?

For-Profit Vendors — $500

Showcase or sell your family-friendly products and services while connecting directly with families from across our community.
Each vendor receives a 10′ × 10′ booth space.

Nonprofit & Community Partners — $250

Share your programs, services, resources, and mission with local children and families. Interactive Community Partners — Reduced or Waived Fee Available

Can you help us create the Wonder?

Businesses and nonprofit organizations that provide a meaningful, free, hands-on
activity or experience for children may be considered for a reduced or waived vendor
fee.
Think:
 Make-and-take art or craft activities
 STEAM challenges or demonstrations
 Games and movement activities
 Music, dance, or performance experiences
 Building, creating, experimenting, or sensory play
 Other engaging activities that invite children to participate

Tell us what you would like to bring! Interactive Partner arrangements are approved
based on the activity, event needs, and available space.

Food Trucks — 15% of Event-Day Proceeds

Help us create a fun and delicious Food Truck Plaza for families to enjoy throughout the day.

Food trucks contribute 15% of event-day proceeds, with a $150 minimum contribution.

 Receive visibility through Wonder 2026 event promotion
 Build relationships with other community organizations and businesses
 Support the growth of Sarasota Children’s Museum
 Help create a memorable day of discovery and play for children

What We Provide

Each participating vendor or community partner receives a 10′ × 10′ space.

Vendors should plan to provide their own tent, table, chairs, signage, and activity materials unless arrangements are made with our team in advance.

Electricity and other special needs are limited and must be requested during the application process.

Want to Make an Even Bigger Impact?

Wonder 2026 also offers event sponsorship opportunities from $1,000–$10,000, along with Create the Experience sponsorship opportunities beginning at $500.

You can also support Sarasota Children’s Museum by contributing an item, experience, or gift certificate to our Wonder 2026 Online Auction.
