Remake Learning Days: Earth Day at Wilkinson Elementary

Join the Sarasota Children’s Museum for an interactive Earth Day celebration at Wilkinson Elementary. This hands-on STEAM experience invites children and families to explore Florida’s ecosystems through engaging activities focused on seed dispersal, habitats, and conservation.
Students will rotate through activity stations where they’ll create seed nuggets, experiment with wind dispersal, and discover how animals help move seeds throughout nature. Each activity connects core science concepts to real-world environmental impact, encouraging kids to think about sustainability and protecting Florida’s unique environment.
This family-friendly event brings accessible, engaging STEAM education directly into the school community while continuing to build excitement for the future Sarasota Children’s Museum.
